We are an international martial arts school, run by family members so our school is very family oriented. Our main goal is to teach our students confidence, discipline, respect and focus to achieve their goals. We look forward to seeing you at any of our Orem, Draper, Lindon or Heber locations




AMYS Fall Schedule






Starting this October: Monday and Tuesdays are A days and Wednesdays and Thursdays are B days so the same curriculum will be taught on both A days and B days.

*All Students must have their own sparring gear to come to these classes

TUMBLING CLASSES: Int. and Adv. only by instructors approval so please check with the instructor. AMA tumbling t-shirt required.

Reminders: There is additional parking in the back (please do not park on the cash store parking lot)

Safety: Students must request permission to practice on open mat areas. Little Dragons are not allowed to practice by themselves on any classroom at anytime.
