The 2010 Amys Adrenaline Demonstration Team is composed of 22 martial arts students, with the youngest at 4 years old. They demonstrate skills such as advanced kicks, acrobatic flips, weapons, board breaking, and much more. They perform all over the state of Utah, including the Utah State Taekwondo Championships & National Qualifier. This year, the Amys Adrenaline Demonstration Team will also compete in the Demo Team Competition at the U.S. National Championships in Orlando Florida from June 28-July 4.
