The 2010 Amys Adrenaline Demonstration Team, of Amys Martial Arts Taekwondo stuio in Orem, Utah has recently been invited to participate in the 2010 Junior Olympics for Taekwondo, held in Orlando, Florida from June 28 to July 2. This is a great honor for our young students, but the cost of participating may be prohibitive without outside help.

Amys Adrenaline is composed of twenty-two martial arts students, from four to twenty-three years of age. They demonstrate skills such as advance kicks, acrobatic flips, weapons, board breaking, and much more. They have been invited to perform all over the state of Utah, including the 2009 and 2010 Utah State Taekwondo Championships and National Qualifier, where several members took home first place trophies. For the past two years in a row, Amys Martial Arts has also won the Overall School Competition for all of Utah.

At the Junior Olympics in Orlando, Amys Adrenaline will be competing against other Demo Teams from across the country. Each individual member will also compete in the events they qualified for at the Utah State Championship/National Qualifier held at the University of Utah on May 1, 2010. Our team's goal in Orlando is to win the presitigious honor of being selected to perform at the Opening Ceremonies for the National Championships. The students are truly looking forward to participating in this event and have devoted themselves to preparing for it through rigorous training.
